At LILLIAN SANDERSON, every order is handled with care and carefully packaged, so that your accessory arrives to you in perfect condition.
Processing time
All items ship within 1–3 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated. Because my products are often limited edition and hand-finished, processing time for special items may be slightly longer. In that case, I'll inform you in advance.
Shipping Methods
I ship through reliable shipping partners with track & trace, so you can easily follow your order.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Customs and import duties
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
My accessories are made with care and craftsmanship. If an item doesn't quite meet your expectations, I'm happy to help.
Returns
You can return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it:
is unworn and undamaged
is in its original condition and packaging
To register a return, please email shop@lilliansanderson.com with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive further instructions.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Exchanges
Want to exchange an item? Please contact me first. Exchanges are subject to availability, as my collections are produced in limited editions.
Items that cannot be returned
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made products
Items that are visibly worn or damaged
Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 working days via the original payment method.
